President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Office of the Public Guardian
The Office of the Public Guardian (OPG) is a nonprofit organization that provides guardianship, trustee, and conservatorship services to New Hampshire’s most vulnerable population. Our clients are deemed legally incapacitated by the court due to mental health conditions, developmental disabilities, cognitive decline, or neurological disorders. OPG supports appropriate alternatives for decision-making through a person-centered and least-restrictive approach, ensuring dignity, autonomy, and quality of life while individuals receive critical support for personal, medical, financial, and state benefit management decisions.
OPG is seeking a mission-driven President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization in partnership with the Board of Directors and executive leadership team. As OPG's top executive, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead a highly respected, dynamic, midsized nonprofit organization at the intersection of law, human services, and public policy, while helping shape the future of public guardianship in New Hampshire. The CEO will provide both operational leadership and strategic direction, ensuring excellence in current services while advancing long-term sustainability, visibility, and statewide impact.
