The newly named Emerging Leader Training Program presented with Sojourn Partners. Ascend is designed to equip high-potential managers and executives with the skills, confidence, and connections to step into the next level of leadership. Join the 2025-2026 cohort and invest in your team’s growth while strengthening NH’s network of future leaders.
Thursday, November 13, 9 am to 4 pm – BIA Office
Thursday, December 18, 9 am to 4 pm – BIA Office
Thursday, January 15, 9 am to 4 pm – BIA Office
Thursday, February 12, 9 am to 4 pm – BIA Office
Thursday, April 9, 9 am to 4 pm – BIA Office
Thursday, May 14 – LaBelle Winery Amherst, NH 9 am to 5:30 pm
Your Investment of $3,600 per person is all-inclusive for the 6-month program for BIA members.
The cost for non-BIA members is $4,000 per person.
For BIA members who send more than one participant the cost is $3,300 per person. Participation is strongly encouraged for all six sessions.
