About

Breathe New Hampshire is the state's resource for lung health information and services. The agency was founded in 1916 and has served New Hampshire residents, working to eliminate lung disease and improve the quality of life for those living with lung disease.

Current threats to breathing in New Hampshire include asthma, COPD, nicotine addiction, lung cancer, and air quality.

Through education and advocacy, and funding of medical research through the MAry Fuller Russell Research Fund, and working with various partners, Breathe New Hampshire works to involve NH citizens in matters that affect breathing and ensure that those living with lung disease have the support and resources they need.

The New Hampshire Youth Network is a program of Breathe New Hampshire. The New Hampshire Youth Network, for ages 11 through 18, is a statewide youth empowerment program built on a science-based model that is proven to reduce tobacco use and engage youth to protect and improve the air that we breathe.
